If there's one single tip I can pass on to those of you that are in the market for buying a new house, is to compile a 'buying a house check list'. In fact if you venture out without one, you're asking for trouble. House buying can be both exciting and stressful, but if you do a little research and get together a bunch of house buying tips before you set out, then you will surely have more of the excitement and less of the stress.
